Cut your own stone!
In addition to traditional gemstone cutting services, we also offer our customers the opportunity to try their hand at cutting their own stones in our fully equipped workshop, under professional guidance and support.
Whether you want to create a unique, personally crafted piece of jewelry or dive into the craft of gemstone cutting, we are happy to support you!
- Individual support throughout the entire process in our workshop in Vienna's 4th district.
- Rough stone, consumables, use of our high-quality grinding machines, and a gemstone box are included in the price.
- Full range of processing from raw stone to finished gemstone.
- All you need to bring is nimble fingers and the motivation to create your own piece of art!

In a free preliminary consultation, we will work with you to plan the details, the process, and the possibilities:
- Which stone should it be? (Amethyst, citrine, rock crystal, smoky quartz, or perhaps even one you brought yourself)
- Should the stone be cut as a cabochon or faceted?
- What size and shape should the stone be?
- Time frame and schedule
- Depending on the type of cut desired, the duration usually ranges from at least 3 hours (for a simple cabochon cut) to about 5 hours for a round faceted stone with a brilliant cut. If you have any special requests (e.g., more complex cut, cutting a pair of stones, etc.), we will be happy to clarify the scope during the preliminary consultation.
